    • Hopewell Enterprises Ltd. – a young real estate development company – completes a small portfolio of projects including Willow Grove in Hidden Valley, High Glen Place in High River and Erin Woods Village.
    • Hopewell Enterprises Ltd. becomes Hopewell Residential Communities.
    • Elbow Valley is launched. Stretching over 1,000 acres of Alberta foothills country with rivers, rolling forest hills and spectacular Rocky Mountain views, residents enjoy an impressive 600 acres of open space.
    • Martha's Haven is launched. Situated in northeast Calgary, Martha's Haven features natural parks, a wetland, pathway connections and distinctive character architecture.

    • Hanson Ranch is launched. Named for the legendary Hanson "Bell L" Ranch, the community overlooks the western horizon from its prominent Sandstone escarpment and boasts charming estate-sized homes.
    • Hopewell is honoured with its first "Developer of the Year" win from the CHBA Calgary Region.
    • High Glen Place in High River is completed. Tucked alongside the Highwood Golf & Country Club, this welcoming community is home to a relaxed, small-town lifestyle.
    • Hopewell is honoured with its second "Developer of the Year" win from the CHBA Calgary Region.

    • Willow Grove is completed. This quiet, master-planned community features an impressive eight-acre park with a playground, skating rink and a baseball diamond.

    • Tanglewood is launched. Tucked into desirable northwest Calgary, carved out of stands of willow and aspen woods, the lush environment in this community blends harmoniously with each architecturally diverse streetscape.
    • Hopewell is honoured with its fourth "Developer of the Year" win from the CHBA Calgary Region.
    • Elbow Valley is named "Best Overall Community 2000" by the CHBA Calgary Region.

    • Hopewell is honoured with its fifth "Developer of the Year" win from the CHBA Calgary Region.
    • Hanson Ranch is awarded "Best Show Home Parade 2001" by the CHBA Calgary Region.
    • Copperfield is named "Best New Community 2002" by the CHBA Calgary Region.

    • Sagewood is launched in Airdrie. Complete with bike trails, sports fields, ponds, parks and pathways, Sagewood is full of the neighbourly character only a small, close-knit community can provide.
    • Secord land is purchased in Edmonton.

    • Tanglewood is completed. An exclusive estate community, only 150 custom homes are nestled into private enclaves and surrounded by willows and aspens.
    • Creekside is completed. With 429 homesites, this intimate, classic community reinvents what a traditional neighbourhood can be.

    • Hopewell is selected to manage the sales and marketing of Hawk's Landing. Located outside of Calgary, near the Hamlet of Priddis, Hawk's Landing at Priddis Greens is an exclusive community where residents enjoy the opportunity to builder spectacular, authentic custom homes amidst the beauty of Alberta's foothills.
    • Copperleaf in Copperfield opens. With executive family-sized homes by award-winning builders, this sub-community has all the style of an established, character neighbourhood, but in a suburban setting.
    • Hopewell secures unanimous approval for the Mahogany Community Plan at Calgary City Council. The City administration's message was clear – Mahogany is an outstanding plan that embraces innovation, creativity, sustainable practices and an all-inclusive approach to community planning.
    • Secord is launched. Designed for families seeking a peaceful and welcoming neighbourhood and a home of uncompromised quality and style, Secord is a community with enduring value, destined to become West Edmonton's Ultimate Natural Escape.

    • CopperLeaf is awarded "Showhome Parade of the Year 2006" by the CHBA Calgary Region.
    • Mahogany celebrates its official groundbreaking. Mahogany, a 1,300-acre lake community in southeast Calgary, represents a significant milestone in the history and growth of Hopewell.
    • Reunion's Grand Opening is celebrated. Located in Airdrie, this 150-acre community will be built in six phases and features a large central park, pathways and stylish homes built by award-winning builders.
    • CopperPond is launched. Here, a limited collection of upscale executive homes are built surrounding a picturesque pond in the heart of Copperfield.

    • Mahogany's Grand Opening is celebrated. A record 8,000 attendees come out to view the first parade of show homes in this outstanding new lake community.
    • Hopewell renovates the Aspen Family Services Network group home in the Rundle neighbourhood of Calgary.

    • Hopewell Management Corporation begins its first Russian project, New Stupino.
    • HRC hosts the 1st Annual Mahogany Polar Bear Plunge in support of Inn from the Cold, a registered charity dedicated to providing emergency shelter, support and programs to homeless children, their families and others in need.
    • Mahogany is named "Best New Community" at the 2009 SAM Awards.
    • Mahogany is awarded "Showhome Parade of the Year 2009" by the CHBA Calgary Region.

    • Mahogany's West Beach is officially opened to residents.
    • The Mahogany Homeowner's Association (HOA) is established and managed by Hopewell Management Corp
    • HRC President Lesley Conway is named one of "Canada's 100 Most Powerful Women".

    • Hopewell Group of Companies rehabilitates and revitalizes the Bethany Care Society's Centre in Cochrane.
