HRC is proud to announce the launch of our newest community, Hotchkiss.

We’ve earmarked a 210-acre site in southeast Calgary and, when complete, this highly anticipated new community will feature approximately 1,500 dwellings and will be home to 3,700 residents.

Hotchkiss was named in honour of former Flames owner, iconic businessman and beloved Calgarian, Harley Hotchkiss and his family. As a company, Hopewell has enjoyed a strong partnership with the Hotchkiss family for over a decade, and we look forward to working closely with them throughout the development process.

Hotchkiss is slated to feature a mix of paired, laned and attached garage homes, all anchored by a central, uniting amenity. The community is in the early stages of planning approvals, with the groundbreaking expected to begin in 2014.
