On April 14th Hopewell held the grand opening of new front-garage show homes by Sabal Homes and Stepper Custom Homes in Copperfield.
The opening was met with tremendous buzz and it was no surprise when approximately 500 people came to see the homes, and the community for themselves despite the overcast weather.
The big ‘kids’ had the opportunity to check out the homes while the little kids had their faces painted and got their own balloon animals. We were thrilled to have Up! 97.7 live on location and the radio host helped create excitement around our giveaway of a Gravely Push Lawnmower courtesy of Arn’s Equipment, and a grand prize of 2 nights accommodation and a round of golf for four courtesy of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. Tao Events generously provided a gourmet barbeque and Indonesian food and it was definitely a hit!
Sabal Homes’ newest models are the Ascent, their Urban Muskoka design, and the Reflex named for the versatility and flexibility offered by its many floorplan options. Stepper Custom Homes’ newest models are the Cromwell, an accessible bungalow, and the two-storey Broadway.
